Events play a key role in ECCM’s objective to market and promote the city centre. Each event the company runs is targeted primarily at increasing customer footfall and spend in city centre businesses by creating a more vibrant and attractive city centre.

ECCM has built a strong reputation for successful delivery of city centre events since running the award-winning Edinburgh Farmers’ Market for the first time in the summer of 2001; and can now boast the monthly Eating Place market and 2006’s inaugural Edinburgh International Fashion Festival amongst its recent successes.

ECCM also invites regular visits from touring French and Continental markets, offering a unique range of products not widely available from local outlets.
